About the FOUNDER
Swapnil Motiram Salvi, a pearl farming maestro since 2013, founded “Sahyadri Pearl Farming & Training” in 2017. With a mission to uplift Indian pearl farmers globally, Swapnil has trained over 350 students in classrooms. Currently overseeing 140+ pearl farming projects, he’s a hands-on innovator in the industry.
Swapnil’s teaching style combines rich knowledge with practical insights, making pearl farming accessible to enthusiasts. Beyond classrooms, he’s at the forefront of innovation, managing diverse projects that push the boundaries of pearl cultivation.
In 2017, Swapnil ventured into the digital realm, creating a user-friendly mobile app. This app not only sells authentic Indian pearls but also educates users about their beauty and value.
Swapnil’s vision extends beyond personal success; he aspires to elevate Indian pearl farmers globally. Through education, projects, and technology, Swapnil Motiram Salvi is turning pearls into symbols of a thriving industry and a global treasure, showcasing the beauty of Indian pearls to the world.
